Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All personal training services are non-refundable once services have begun. This includes single sessions, packages, and recurring training plans.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Late cancellations (as defined in Afya’s cancellation policy)

  • Unused sessions within a package

  • Client dissatisfaction unrelated to a failure to provide the agreed-upon service

2. Session Packages & Payment Plans

Clients who purchase session packages may choose to pay in full or split the total cost into weekly recurring payments.

  • When a package is split into weekly payments, the client authorizes automatic weekly charges on a recurring basis until the total package balance is fully paid.

  • Weekly payments are not tied to session attendance and will continue as scheduled regardless of missed or rescheduled sessions.

  • Failure to attend sessions does not pause, cancel, or refund scheduled payments.

3. Cancellation of Ongoing Training

Clients may request to discontinue training at any time. However:

  • Any sessions already completed will not be refunded.

  • Any payments already processed are non-refundable.

  • Any remaining unpaid balance for sessions already rendered remains due.

Future scheduled payments for unrendered sessions may be canceled at Afya’s discretion if proper notice is provided, in accordance with Afya’s cancellation policy.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), at the sole discretion of Afya. Supporting documentation may be required.

5. Changes to This Policy

Afya reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting and will apply to future purchases.
